Chinese architects led by Ma Yangsun have been working on the Mountain Village residential complex for eight years, and this is just the beginning of a large project to create tourism infrastructure for the Huangshan District and Lake Taiping.

Architectural studio MAD presented the design of a future residential complex near the Huangshan Mountains in Anhui Province, China. The architecture of the project follows the contours of the extraordinary surrounding landscape, offering stunning views of one of China's most famous landscapes. The complex consists of low-rise residential buildings and a hotel located on the southern slope of Taiping Lake.

Another important feature of the residential complex is that scientists have provided all residents with open-air spaces, harmoniously intertwined with the interior and thus engaging them in a dialogue with nature - mountains, lake and sky.

location

Huangshan is considered the most beautiful mountain range in China and is protected by UNESCO. This area is loved for its picturesque green landscapes, austere and slender granite peaks and an extraordinary silence that has always attracted artists and poets looking for shelter for contemplation.

Another important feature of the residential complex is that the architects provided all residents with an outdoor space that harmoniously intertwines with the interior and thus engages them in a dialogue with nature - mountains, lake and sky.

From the second to the sixth floor, apartments of various sizes from 35 to 80 m2 are harmoniously planned, each of which is guaranteed maximum privacy and comfort.

All apartments on the territory of the "Mountain Village" are quiet havens for relaxation. Each has a wide balcony, the flowing lines of which follow the curves of the mountain landscape.

There are several penthouses on the seventh floor of the House. At the disposal of their residents: 5.5 meters high canvases, free planning to create a stylish, solemn interior.

Spacious terraces

True luxury should be elegant, cozy and distinctive. An open eco-terrace in the eastern, quiet and protected from city noise part of the house, for those who prefer to have a cup of coffee at dawn in the summer.
